Being an ME and not an EE, I don't know what I'm really looking at, but it looks cool to me.  Plus, exciting to see an actual part. Maybe we will get our hands on these before the XMC-1. Mark. |

Not sure yet, but I would be more than the MPS stuff, I think. This thing is an absolute monster. Class with multiple rails.

Any idea what size it's going to be yet? I gotta admit, I'm seriously thinking about this thing, even with my super-sensitive Klipsch RF-83 system, I just would love to have an amp that I know I'd never, ever, have to upgrade. |

I thought blue circuit boards were a no-no. Wasn't there a problem with ROHS Standards regarding the blue boards?

Any idea what size it's going to be yet? , I just would love to have an amp that I know I'd never, ever, have to upgrade. i hear ya on the upgrade. this will be more power than i will ever need. just let me ask, for my requirements this is prob way way overkill but just to ask wouldnt it be better to do a xpa2/5 combo vs xpr-7 for a 7.1 setup? also what is the significance of the "R" in xpr? are these higher model amps compared to the xpa series amps? any plans for xpr2/3/5 etc? sorry just has to ask:) |

It will be over 100 pounds, we think. Price? Not sure yet, but higher than anything we currently have.
