Just bought 4 LSi7's with a LSiC center channel pushed by an Emotiva UMC-1 and a Emotiva UPA-5 (very hard to find btw).
Just curious what you all think.

You got a very good pre-pro and amp to drive them. Just try to keep the surround LSi7's up fairly high, maybe a foot or two above ear level.
I hope you understand that you need at least one sub. (Now I see the sub below.)
PS: Everything? (Just the speakers and sub or including the UMC-1 and UPA-5?)

Looks to me like you got one heck of a deal there. The things one can buy when someone else is selling, especially on or near a military installation. I miss the deals I used to get while overseas from folks going PCS or getting a divorce/married/ (All the same to me)

Some of the best deals I have ever found in audio equipment came from watching for divorces and estate auctions. I have bought high-end gear for less than 10 cents on the dollar when I lived near Dallas and Houston.

For Starters I'd love to own a Sunfire Subwoofer..especially the 12" drive. I think it would do good with my 20 orb satellites (yes 20 ) I know...way too many. now how do you go look for divorce deals?

Congrats on the great deal and enjoy!
That is how I get a lot of my audio gear. My buddy who lives close by has a very nice system and gets the upgrade bug often. Thank you. If it's something I like or need he'll give me a great deal. I'm waiting for him to upgrade from his current Ayre 2 channel amp. Of course, many items I got off CL. Great deals there too from people moving, divorcing, etc......

My question is whether or not to get a dedicated CD player or use my high end Bluray player as a CD player. I have the Integra 50.3 , which is a really nice player. Would for instance the Emotiva CD player be a huge step up or would be be about the same for quality?

I'd say none of the above. Get rid of the Integra and get an Oppo BDP-93 or 95. You'll have all the capability you currently have + you'll get the benefit of DVD-Audio and SACD playback. Oppo, the one player to rule them all...
