I had to send my UPA-5 back to Emotiva for repair. The family cats, in chasing each other behind the equipment rack, yanked a cable out and damaged a connector on the UPA-5.
I did have to pay $50 to ship it back, but Emotiva repaired and returned it to me no-charge!

See now, that's why we pay extra money for Emotiva equipment..... Oh wait a minute, I forgot, we actually pay a lot less for their stuff than comparable equipment from other companies :-)

Hmmm...well, at least they'll have that to gripe about!
