Just signed for my Airmotive6s. FedEx didn't break a sweat... this time!
The boxes are not damaged in any way and I can't wait to open them. But I've got to work all night and I travel tomorrow to India. So, I must wait. Doomed... doomed, I tell ya!
Send them to me and I'll make sure they work OK while you're in South Asia.

I signed for my Airmotiv 6's and XPA-2 this morning, surprised that FedEx Ground delivered so early. Took them out of the boxes to check for any damage, all is good. I sent my XDA-1 back for the volume firmware fix so I'm going to wait on getting that back to hook up the 6's. I'm thinking I'll hook up a output from an iTouch or CD player just to make sure they work, but after I re-situate the home theater rack to accomodate the XPA-2, which I'm on a break from doing right now.

Aarrgh! I have to work all night so no hooking these up until I get back. I did take them out of the box and placed them where they'll eventually go but they were on the floor as I don't have stands for them. They really look nice! Here's how it played out ni my home:
Hemsterwife's first reaction: "These look elegant" Hemster: "Wait till you hear them. I'm glad they don't hide these beautiful drivers with grills!" Hemsterwife: <rolled her eyes>
Unfortunately I don't have any spare cables so I could try out the preamp outs from my receiver.
