Here's my system, strictly 2-channel. The JL Audio e110 subs get their signal via their high level inputs from the XPA-2 Gen 2. The subs sit on a pair of IsoAcoustics iso200sub isolators. The audio rack is a Pangea Vulcan that I added a set of 10" poles and cross braces to give the XPA-2 some breathing room. Balanced signal from Bifrost 2 DAC to Freya+ to XPA-2. XLR cables are Pangea "True Balance", all power cables are Wireworld Aurora 7. There's a PS Audio Power Port outlet in the wall with a Blue Circle Audio Yalu Balula surge protector in the bottom socket. The top one goes to a Wireworld Matrix 2 power strip where two Blue Circle Audio PLC Pucks are plugged in which provide line filtration without voltage/current limiting. The XPA-2, APC H15 power conditioner and wall wart for the Raspberry Pi 4 are plugged into those. The subs are plugged directly into the power strip. The rest of the gear is plugged into the APC including the Martin Logan SL3's. And speaking of the speakers, I'm trying out a pair of Maze Audio Ref4 braided bi-wire cables in 8' lengths. They're pretty good. The system is dead silent with the Freya+ in passive or JFet mode, and only the very slightest amount of hiss with the tubes burning, but you have to have your face crammed up against the electrostatic panels on order to hear that his. Then you're left with a bunch of tiny dots all over your face. Just silly. Also, a side note... I've only had this XPA-2 Gen 2 amp since this past weekend when I purchased it from the original owner. All of the amps I've gone through with these speakers have been a Wyred 4 Sound ST-250, fully decked out Odyssey Audio Khartago Kismet, Audio Research D130, Marsh Audio MSD-a200s, dual NuPrime STA-9 run mono, PS Audio M700 mono's, dual Schiit Aegir run mono, and a Roksan Caspian. A lot of them sounded great at low to medium volumes, the PS Audio's sounded weird and only used them for a couple days on the SL3's. None of them were quite as musical and natural sounding as the XPA-2 Gen 2, and none of them have the sheer, effortless "balls" of the XPA-2 to power these hungry and demanding SL3's.

klinemj I’ve mentioned her system before. 7.1(3) system. Here is a well lit shot of my rack and front of here rheater. This photo depicts my ERC-2 spinning through my XPA-DR2. Also in her rack is a Samsung 4K player, UMC-200 which I have been hoping to last long enough that I could save some money to replace with an Emotiva processor. Also an XPA-5 gen 2, two Sherbourn C-12 cooling fans. Sherbourn, Dans company before Emotiva. Speakers are all Klipsch except for the front L/R which are JBL CF-120’s. We often enjoy this system as well as our Emotiva Atmos system. These systems have taken a long time to put together. everybody knows that money don’t grow on trees, at least there aren’t any in my neighborhood. LOL
