Not only for sub woofer use, but the power output is good for DIY subs, I thought about one for my outdoor speakers in the garage but a litle overkill haha ty for the answer. so mainly for subs then, how about some f/s speakers? with a good pre amp would they sound any good? SQ wise I have no idea, I'm sure it would be fine, for the price of $219 I'd say you couldn't go wrong within reason, but the power capability makes it a great contender for subs for sure, I've run my 2 Mach 5 IXL 18's on two channels of my Sherbourn PA 7-350 amp and even with 550 watts of class A/B power they sounded amazing, it's not only a sub amp but like I mentioned for $220 it seems like a steal to try out Chad

I would like one, for what who knows lol but for me I'd have to say prob around $350 CAD to my door, shipping, taxes and exchange, for you guys in the US $219 is a sweeeeeeeet deal IMO, congrats and what will you be running them on ? They will replace some crown amps running a SI 18" DS4 in sealed 4.5 cft and 2- 15" Ultimax subs each in their own 5 cft enclosures. All in my new theater. I will run one bridged for the ds4 and the other in stereo for the ultimax's. Nice, if I didn't already have my inuke amp I would have already ordered two myself haha, just thought I would share the deal here as $220 for that kind of class A/B power is amazing, especially for DIY subs , I was actually just checking the site out to see what he was offering speaker wise and stumbled across the amp lol, I am tempted to hit the add to cart button but in all reality I have no use for it at the moment, my Sherbourn amp powers my 5 channels of my theater and two outdoor speakers and my iNuke powers my two 18's so yeah I'm sure I'm set in terms of headroom for all my speakers hahaha. Focal must be having a labor day sale. At Adorama, Amazon, and possibly other online stores, they have the Elear for $699 (originally $999) and the Utopia for $2999 (originally $3999).
Audio Advisor has them for that price, but you also have to trade in your "current" headphone after deciding you liked the Focal set better.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know if anyone is interested in Klipsch speakers, now may be the best time.
Adorama.com has several Klipsch on clearance right now. Brand new, no tax and shipped free. Just put in Coupon Code "September" during checkout.
$1099 for a pair of Heresy III's..............................Regular price is $1999 a pair
$1499 each for Cornwall III's 70th Anniversary Edition........Regular price is $2999 each
$3499 each for La Scala III's Special Edition.................Regular price is $6999 each
40 to 50% off each special. I've never seen prices this low and even my buddy that is a Klipsch dealer cannot match this.
Wanted to at least give you a heads up!

I never will understand people who do not clean their gear BEFORE taking and posting pics Same page. I see dusty gear, fingerprints, and,my favorite, extremely dark pictures. I don't get it.

Anyone trying to add to their UHD collection? Amazon has Lucy for $9.99 on UHD/BD/Digital. That's cheap for a UHD and only $.03 more than the BD/DVD set. link

This isn't audio related but IMO there are some great deals to be had from Eagle Optics - they are holding a going out of business sale. I picked up 4 pairs of binocs - two for myself and two for gifts. I have some Nikon Aculon 8x42mm porro prism binocs that are quite sharp. I bought a pair of 8x42mm Iron Eagle binocs from these people. After comparing them to my Nikon that cost over twice what I paid for the Eagle pair what I'm seeing is those Eagle binocs are just as good optically. While they aren't 'up to snuff' when comparing the mechanics to the Aculon the optics are quite good. www.eagleoptics.com -- check them out if you're looking for some nice binoculars.

Costco has the Yamaha TSR-7810 for $399 and free shipping. Good price for a 7.1 AVR with preouts and Yamaha just released firmware for Dolby Vision compatibility.
