If memory serves, what you listed is exactly what I received. I bought my UPA-500 in June. Paper manuals are no longer included with most of Emotiva's products, although my XDA-2 did come with a manual.
This is what Emo sent me when I noticed a manual was not with my XPR-5:
"Thank you very much for your purchase. As of right now we are moving away from paper manuals, the excess cost of printing and paper is adding to the cost of the product. With raw materials, production costs, and shipping costs on the rise we looked for the simplest way to remove a cost and still offer our products at the same great value. We do offer our manuals online, for your convenience I have attached the manual in PDF format for the XPR-5 to this email."
