I like my subwoofer and I got it for at fairly good price. The subwoofer is a paradigm servo 15a which has no crossover built in. What outboard crossover can I use? My preamp and avr both have bass management but I am planning on using it for two channel listening with a preamp without bass management....

I'd be very surprised if your sub did not have variable crossover control. It might be called "Subwoofer Cut-Off" instead of crossover.
Can you post a pic of the back of your sub?

It does not have a "Subwoofer Cut Off" When those subwoofers where first introduced for sale you need a special controler to go with it but they are hard to find so that is why I am looking for some alternatives....The only thing on the back of the subwoofer is the volume control...

Ah, OK. Roger that. A very interesting design decision. I see what you mean about the hard-to-find controller. The X-30 is nearly extinct. I did find an X-20 on eBay, although it seems to have speaker-level inputs only, not signal level. This definitely complicates things for you. I've never had a sub without a crossover control.

Yes that is exactly the sub I have. I bought it because the guy gave me a good deal and the sub performs well...

Thank you! I found the crossover unit design for my subwoofer and if I dont win the bid I most definitely get these in-line crossovers...
