I'm in desperate need of a pair of subs to go with my new mains. Although they are absolutely great at what they do, they are 3dB down at 60HZ and beg for some low frequency supplementation. This isn't a fault, rather it was a design consideration when I built the mains. I always knew they'd need subs.
The issue is that I'm close to pulling the trigger on a pair of Rythmik F15s, but I'll kick myself if Emotiva comes out with some awesome Carver design that will make me wish I waited.

Nice gambit, Chuck. I'll ride with you. I've downloaded the plans for the Rythmik DS1200 build but haven't bought the kit yet. I'll wait 'til Emofest for Bob's/Emo's intro of some new subs to tantalize us.
You can never go wrong with Rythmik subwoofers. Sorry Emotiva.
