I want to switch my current computer setup (GR n2x, Pioneer Sc1222, bic f12) to a DC-1 + Stealth 6 combo. I want to keep the current sub. If I take the Stealth route, there would be no bass management other than the low pass filter on my sub. If Emotiva offered a pro bass management module like the Blue Sky BMC or better yet, built it into the DC-1 successor, I would buy one now. Is anyone else using a sub with powered montiors? If so, how are you implementing bass management?

I am using a Dspeaker Dual Core in my 2.2 laptop system right now with my FAT DAC. I run balanced all the way. I am letting it EQ both the Lsi9's and the subs together at <200hz. It really sounds good.
Also, the Dspeaker Dual Core is superior to my W4S DAC 2 via USB. And, it is just a fraction from sounding as good as the FAT with USB. If I knew what I knew now, I would have probably just bought the Dspeaker Dual Core, and had a great all in one combo of a DAC, preamp, and superior EQ system. I am intending to get my Beogram 3000 out and run it into the Dual Core to try a eq'd 2.2 TT system. Should be interesting.
(P.S - The Dual Core has both XLR, and RCA outs. Both the XLR and RCA "outs" can be run simultaneously which is a definite advantage when eqing both speakers and subs at the same time.)
