I was wondering if the protection in XPA line is of a "sacrificial" kind (like MOVs) that can deteriorate over several spikes (or one large one)?
I'm not concerned about a fuse that can be replaced at home rather a kind of damage that would require a costly round-trip shipping to Emotiva (I live abroad).
