The audio output on my Sherbourn PT-7020A recently stopped functioning, though other aspects seem to be working. This is very much like the problem described in this other thread. It seems that the process of updating firmware *may* indirectly resolve the problem.

My email attempt wasn't acknowledged until after I had given up on it and I contacted Emotiva tech support via phone. A very helpful guy, Damon, sent me instructions with valid links to all the necessary files on the Emotiva web site.
