Santa was very good to me this year (I guess I was a good boy). He brought me a UDP-203 and two XPA-1's for my HT mains (Dahlquist DQ-10's). As I've stated before, I use my HT almost exclusively for concert blu-rays. My pre/pro is the XMC-1 that I purchased in July, I haven't done the HDMI 2.0 upgrade yet as my current TV isn't 4K (that will be the next upgrade in a few months). I have two questions: 1. From a purely audio standpoint, is there any benefit to doing the HDMI 2.0 upgrade? 2. Will EMO allow users to do the 2.0 upgrade themselves? I'm a mechanical engineer but have a lot of experience with electrical components. I don't want to be without my HT for a few weeks if I don't have to.
Thanks

And news flash. Dolby Vision supported on the latest UDP-203 list of goodies.
