at $1200 each it´s a bargain !!!! Times sure have changed. $3800 for the Forte III. I paid $700 for my Forte II as a floor model when the MSRP was $1200. I do hear about people paying $250 for the Rolex Submariner back in the early 80s so... All this Forte talk has me wanting to hook em up again.

Use it you will love it. Dead quiet with klipsch and great neutral sound. I have all "Klipsch " copy speakers that I built , get Dirac full and you can make your system sound just the way you want.

at $1200 each it´s a bargain !!!! Is this the correct price? Might have to sell some speakers but I'd be very interested if they are offered at $2400 for the pair.

I'm old school. Those Forte's are begging for tube amplification.

Currently I am running a Marantz SR5011 and when the system is idle I sometimes get a buzzing out of my speakers. I've ran Pioneer, Yahama and have never had that issue before. When you say dead quiet is that what your referring to?

What was the source of the $1200 price? I don't know what the official price is, but someone on the Klipsch Forum is saying $3,000 as the price (full set) it doesn't make any sense that they would be priced each as they are a specialized specific pair, the right and left not being the same, they would only be sold as full set, not individually.

Those new Klipsch sure are pretty. I will wait to see the actual asking price once they become available.
I am also looking forward to what Klipsch offers in their new integrated amp launched at CES. 180 wpc at $999 seems friendly

The new RF 7 iii and Forte iii are each to be priced at $3,800 a pair. But I am not sure what the new Fifteens price will be. These feature 180 watts per channel built-in custom amplification with a 192kHz / 24-bit DAC, a built-in phono pre-amp, plus optical digital, USB Audio, RCA and Bluetooth inputs. I really like the new Heritage Headphones they have coming out as well. All real wood, metal and real leather they look very nice. Klipsch has some very nice new products that were displayed at CES. www.klipsch.com/ces-2017

Klipsch did a nice job of covering their announcements at CES. They ran live video on Facebook throughout the show!

Someboby posted that price Yes you did. Been following klipsch while they were at CES. Even the part when they said they invited locals to come see their booth. They still haven't responded to my how to get in to CES question. Next year I'll find someone to get me in.

Well I got the Emotiva and I am really enjoying it a lot so far! Only thing I can say is that it seems to be a bit lacking on the bass end. Bass is definitely cleaner than my old AVR but not as present. Is there any way I can give the lower end a boost?

The XMC-1 is pretty well absolutely neutral. The best solution to extend the bass on a full-range speaker is to add a good subwoofer. If you just want to crank up the bass, the manual Speaker Presets have both a Bass control, and more detailed parametric EQ controls. There is also a "Loudness" function. The version of Dirac Live that comes with the XMC-1 uses a fixed target curve; if you want to edit the target curve in Dirac Live you'll have to buy the Full version. The Khorns should have plenty of low end all by themselves. Could you describe what you did for setup? Is this with Dirac? If you don't have a sub did you turn it off during setup?
