"Choosing the perfect subwoofer"

A very good set of pages from Emotiva (although we could quibble about the word "perfect.") I'd especially like to give a shout out to whoever wrote the email copy announcing it. I love the phrase "There is a lot of audiophile folklore on the subject and not all of it is useful or accurate." Bravo. The same could be said about most of the audio world.

We will be making our way through all the different types of products as well like preamps, processors, speakers, etc.

It’s HEAVEN (once that perfect sub. Is in place.)

Although I added the Subwoofer once “The Matrix”, told me my mains would not survive without it, the music, at least initially, was the greatest thrill.
That extension into the lowest frequency range had me revisiting my music collection; finding recordings that went lower than my system would reveal previously.

I added a few pipe organ recordings to the collection to have some fun....some of those are wild in the house....(Captain Nemo would be impressed I think 🤔)
