So I went from XMC-1 TO The RMC-1. I have to totally move everything in the rack around. While doing this I am going to need longer XLR Cables. I had 1.5 feet but will need about 5. I am going to get 6 foot to be save and Incase I need that extra length.
I had the monoprice premier series and seemed to work fine. Any thoughts or suggestions on brand?

The Monoprice will work great. You could spend more if you want. Hardly see the point. But that is just me.

Balanced cables seem to be able to repair, or hide, any deficiencies that many seem to claim to detect in unbalanced cables. Me being one of them.
The only upgrade of simple balanced cables that I have found, is an upgrade to a Litz design balanced cable. Expensive as they are, they do seriously improve the whole of the signal transmission.
Short of the Litz design, any balanced cable with quality ends and a good quality of conductor binding have, in my experience, rendered the same signal improvement.
