Is anyone having the same ridiculous problem I’m having...just purchased a Samsung Q90 and ran fios thru the RMC1 HDMI1 and an Oppo 203 thru RMC1 HDMi 2 and no picture! The RMC 1 receives the audio and video signal and can only output the audio but the tv reads no signal. Hooked both fios and the oppo directly to the Samsung q90 and it works fine....I’m being told that Samsung has an issue they need to fix...i do believe that to a point....but how is this even possible???

It's possible. I have a Q90R and the RMC-1 worked for 1 day and then no video (until I finally gave up and returned the RMC-1). I always thought my RMC-1 was just broken but maybe there is an incompatibly between them. Try posting in one of the main RMC-1 threads to see if anyone else with a Q90 is having similar issues.

Also...try rebooting the RMC-1....to see if that does anything. Post in the main RMC-1 thread, but also call Emotiva's support for help. They may be able to help or provide additional information.
HDMI 2 is the "main" output on the RMC-1....if you are using the HDMI 1 output, switch it for grins. Also, turn off ARC/CEC if you have it on.
Make sure you have 4K certified cables.....can't think of anything else at the moment.

It has come to our attention that there are some significant compatibility issues between our RMC-1 and other new processors and some Samsung Q90 and Q900 series TVs. These models are among those that use the Samsung "one-connect box" - where all connections to the TV are via a separate box.
This issue seems unique to these specific models and model lines. After doing some research we determined that several manufacturers of processors and AVRs are having similar problems with these models. We currently have a Samsung Q900 TV in-house and are seeking to find a solution to this issue. We also hope that, considering the number of issues that have been reported, Samsung is also working towards a solution.
Rest assured that we are aware of this - and are working on it.

Interesting. My Samsung from 2015 has a Oneconnect box and I don't have any issues. I wonder what Samsung did differently in the newer boxes?

Keith has this issue been resolved? I've seen other posts about this recently.
