If this is too gauche let me know and I shall delete it. Remember it's always about the humor.

My mother learned to make Slumgullion Stew from her 90% Irish great grandmother who was 10% Bulgarian, (very long story). She always topped it off with lots of gauche sauce.

Kaatsu (Japanese: 加圧, often styled as KAATSU or KAATSU) is a patented exercise method. It is frequently used to treat stiff shoulders like in this photo of a physical therapist and his Japanese patient. Afterwards the therapist was also treated for stiffness. I hope this post is not too gauche.

I learn a new word almost every day. I'm garsh darn sure I'll keep coming here every day!)

It was recently announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were vacating the royal residence. The Royal Family was surprised and “disappointed” by the announcement, which does not seem to have been cleared in advance. Perhaps they are heading back to beautiful Victoria on Vancouver Island, not far north from Seattle, a sanctuary city. A reporter from the BBC called Prince Harry at the royal residence. All he got was a recorded song message on the answering machine.
