Not that I am "officially" admitting my age, but I used to love the recordings where a bunch of singers/musician would get together and just jam. One of my favorites that just talks about this very subject is GARDEN PARTY by Rick Nelson and lots of musicians from that era.
Mama Cass wasn't "eye-candy", but with a voice like hers who needs it. There is just too much amplified distortion being sold as music these days.

---------quote---------- the Signature Titan is said to employ technology derived from advanced fighter-plane design, nuclear reactor-containment construction, and atomic-submarine radar jamming to eliminate vibration and interference. ---------quote---------- Sorry kids....gonna have to throw down the BS card on this one. P.T. Barnum was absolutely right....or wait....maybe this is a US Govt project? R I have to agree. I mean how much better is a 2 mil set of speakers going to sound over say a pair of $25000 speakers. 1 maybe 2% better? Definitely for people that have more dollars than sense. Funny... PT Barnum did say that there was a sucker born every minute but he also saide that it's easier to steal 1 dollar from a million people than one million from a single person. So I have to give them credit on stealing 2 mil from some idiot. LOL I wouldn't be surprised if it was some oil wealthy sheik that picked those up. You know its bad when Pete says its too much to spend on speakers. . . ;D

2 million bucks? I think you can get just as high on the cheap stuff: www.audiojunkies.com/blog/651/evolution-acoustics-intros-mm3-referenceWhen I first saw these I thought they were ugly. Then I realized that if you turned one on its side, you'd have a dynamite center channel. Now, I like the way they look and I want them. Unless they have plastic knobs, in which case forget it. Evolution Acoustics website (prepare to drool). Even if it's hype, it's good hype: evolutionacoustics.com/

Well, for only $2 million, that would be a small studio with not to well known bands. Bob, For that kind of coin, Mama Cass would crawl out of the grave, cough up that sandwich, round up the remainder of the Mama's and Papa's group and put on one heck of a personal performance just for you. ;D I like that, I like it quite a lot. ;D

I bet these cost much more than your property. ...But without ocean view. That is a big downer. I'll take your property any day of the week over them.
