Well, yesterday I was kind of unhappy thinking I paid too much for my XPA-3 amp since it just went on sale. Happily, after contacting a nice young lady on the phone, in all of about 10 seconds she resolved the issue and said a check will be on the way for the difference next week.
I have to say I'm not used to dealing with a company that has this unbeatable combination of killer products, great prices, and dynamite service. I am definitely a fan!

When I bought my XPA-3 which was ON SALE when I bought it, a few days later Emotiva increased their sale to an even better deal. It was then I found out that Emotiva has a 14 day price guarantee which protects you after your purchase if they lower the price.
After I contacted Emotiva I was credited the $75 difference on my credit card which left me very happy rather than disappointed, a nice touch from Emotiva.

I made my first Emo purchase at the end of January 2009. I ordered an XPA-3 but was a day late in doing so and the Super Bowl sale had ended. They were kind enough to give me the sale price and that's how I ended up on the road to wallet ruin. Of course, it could have been a lot worse with a different brand instead of the reasonable prices I paid for my Emo gear! ;D

Great news and nice comments. I'm sure when you have time you'll go back and hit the modify button and change the title of your thread ..... Not real happy with Emotiva about now. ;D

Good stuff man. I just bought the XPA-5 a week ago, now i'm thinking "is it going on sale too?"

When I bought my UPA-5, I paid full price. One month later, the UPA-5 was on sale. I didn't *bleep* or whine or call Emotiva to ask for favours, because I paid what I thought was a fair price for a solid piece of equipment. YMMV.
