Listening to the FM tuner in my UMC-1

I use an attic antenna and find the reception good and channel selection good but the sound quality just 'decent'.
It can be a bit muddy to my ears.
I've also used the UMC to process the radio station channels delivered via cable (Cox Communications), and found that to be suprisingly good sound quality. Go figure!

Can the UMC-1 be programmed to MANUALLY tune stations?

Can the UMC-1 tuner be set manually as opposed to auto scan>?

The user manual makes no mention of the ability to directly enter the frequency of the desired station.  Using the scan button, any received station can be entered as a memory preset though.
