Have not picked out the veneer/finish yet I have to decide on my finish by Monday as not to delay the HT3’s my wife wants something to do with African Jungle décor (any ideas) that was the deal I pick the speakers she has a say in the finish. It’s going to be a long 45-60 days for me. Hmm, Bubinga Burl? It is an African wood. Ebony Madagascar? Zebrawood? A site like this may give you some ideas: www.veneersupplies.com/categories/Veneer/Wood__Veneer__A__-__J/You may be able to get some ideas from Jim Salk too. He knows a lot about working with the various veneers and has used a lot of different veneers over the years. Doug

I have a Gallo and Emotiva setup and have been very happy with them. Both companies stand behind their products and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great sounding system.

RuggSkins, I see you have a very similar setup to mine. The Gallos truly are wonderful speakers, eh? You're also using and Oppo and have a linear tracking turntable. Are you sure we aren't twins separated at birth <g>?

Are you sure we aren't twins separated at birth <g>? -RW- I hope you have had as much enjoyment as I've had. To clarify... No Oppo and no turntable. I am too lazy for both I have three 400 disc sony changers (DVP-CX777ES) for CDs controlled by Escient DVDM-100 Music/Movie server. For DVD Movies, I have one 400 disc sony changer (DVP-CX777ES) Controlled by an Escient SE-D1 Music/Movie Server. For Blue Ray, I use my PS3. The PS3 also connect to my LAN and plays audio & Video stored on my HP Media Smart Server. Ay some point in the future I do want to incorporate a turntable so I can play the hundreds of records I've collected (in the 60s, 70s & 80's prior to the advent of CDs) and have never sold.
