Not out yet but...
A 4 hr movie, that was supposed to be 2, but cut down to 90 mins.
How can this not be my new future favorite bad movie. ;D

The remake of "Flight of the Phoenix". Horrible movie, but like a train wreak I could not look away (oh, the shame...). Bad acting, fake special effects (not an old movie ether!), too much modern day "PC" cr*p thrown in for good measure... Save yourself the pain and get the original with Jimmy Stewart - FAR superior! Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil That movie is actually really, really funny and had a lot of nice touches for horror fans. Also, Chop. Another really (intentionally) funny horror comedy. I was pleasantly surprised at the directions it took, and the movie homages that pop up in it. Honestly, I would consider it more of a comedy than a horror film. www.imdb.com/title/tt1544578/I highly recommend both of the above. ;D |

A group of men head to a remote village to help one of their friends get over his divorce; when they get there, though, they discover that all the women have been infected with a virus that makes them man-hating cannibals. Also: "The Blair Witch Project." The guy in the row in front of me summed it up perfectly at the end of the show when he said to his girlfriend "Well, I guess that explains why we stood in line for a half hour in the rain to see this one..."

Showgirls - Kept hoping for either plot or skin - never got either. Did you watch an edited version? There seemed to be plenty o' skin in the version I saw, but yeah it was horrible. |

Idiocracy Just saw this last weekend. A great (and very funny!) movie, but also (unfortunately) - our future... So very, very true. The first 10 minutes is what's wrong with our country, right now. In 2008 I came down with pneumonia. It wouldn't have got that far, except that I went to a "clinic" in Walgreens and was told it was a simple upper respiratory infection and that I should take over the counter drugs for it. The conclusion was made by, not a doctor, but whoever they have running the show at those types of places. She basically went to a "WebMD" type program, typed my symptoms in, and got a diagnosis. Just like in the movie!!! I thought we had more time... |
