I am interested in this Sub as well. Can't wait to hear some updates on this as well. As long as it is tight and well balanced I am good to go on this. I need to get my processor first.

I'm still hoping the amplifier/control module from the 212 will be made available separately to us DIY kind of guys.

Am I missing something but has the freq response not been mentioned on these subs ? We haven't mentioned it but they will basically be 20 to 200hz and with the auto room correction it will be flat as a board or whatever you want it to be, so we really didn't think to post the responses.

Lonnie, its certainly possible my hearing is going , but I didn't catch an estimated timeframe for shipping on the ERS-212s on the webcast. Please let us know what that is. Thanks! ;D

carl007, I believe they were talking that everything discussed in the podcast would be an early December release.

carl007, I believe they were talking that everything discussed in the podcast would be an early December release. Thanks Accurus. Do you know where abouts in the webcast they said that? I listened to it twice, albeit with a 2 year old in my ear, so if you know where that portion is, I'd like to listen to it again. Thanks! ;D

Dann: Is the timeline for a December release date ? No. We know for sure right now is that we will have sine subs for the Audioholics show, other than that, 'December' is about as specific as we can get.

What will the distortion be at 30 Hz at 100dB? (Substitute a range of values that might entice your audience!) ;D

That must really hurt! ;D The other Doug

No. We know for sure right now is that we will have sine subs for the Audioholics show, other than that, 'December' is about as specific as we can get. Can you clarify? First, you say "no" to the question about a December release date but then go on to suggest a December release. Thanks for clarification.

I looked, but can't seem to find any pictures of the ERS-212 or its corresponding amp/dsp box. Do pics exist yet, or shall I continue to wait?

There should have been posted some more info on the subs according to the webcast however nothing has been posted as of yet. The info and pics were for the interface. However the subs pics will come after when they have a final production model.
