Sorry ive been away for so long. I went through some serious health issues. Basically lived in the hospital for a year(I wasnt expected to live. My heart was functioning less than 10% then dropped to 5% which cannot produce enough blood to sustain organ function, then dropped to 2.5% ughh) , 14 months ago I had an LVAD implanted which is used as a bridge to transplant. (google it) amazing medical technology. and most recently a heart transplant last month. I feel great, im doing great and its good to be back with all my emo friends. I missed you guys  |

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your ordeal but glad that you are back posting things. Good luck with the sale. From experience, those are really nice speakers at a fantastic price - especially since they are now pretty much unavailable.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal but glad you're back and feeling well. I kinda thought that maybe you were chased away by something involving the forum. In your situation that would have been the better scenario.

I remember when you made your first post. You then became the 3rd active female memeber as I counted. So sorry to hear about the ordeal. But very excited to hear about your determination, triumph and rebound. I wish you continued & successful recovery, and I will certainly keep you in my prayers. Souless,we have never met as I joined the Lounge in Aug,2011 but I feel like I know you at least a little bit because Bob,aka LOTR,posted a link to an older thread that you had participated in and talked a little bit about yourself and I read that entire thread. I found that thread interesting because so few women seem to be interested in audio,home theater,etc. and even less participate on forums with any regularity.So when there is a female member they tend to stand out and I like hearing their views as they often look at things from a different viewpoint.Plus,to be 100% honest,you have a really nice avatar that definitely didn't hurt. ;D I am sorry to hear that you had to go through so much,it had to have been really rough.I am very happy to hear that you are now doing and feeling great though and I look forward to seeing you around here and maybe interacting with you a bit. |
