They appear to be *very* nice speakers! I had some Studio 80 a few years back. They were bested by my present Gallos. But, for what I paid, they were exceptionally good speakers. I would expect these to be a major step forward. Good on Paradigm!
It is to be hoped that they take this technology and trickle it down to some smaller speakers as well....

Now I know what speakers to get if I win the lottery. I'm going to guess a pair goes for about $10K.

Nice! Dark Garnet Gloss.. sounds very appealing. It has a very high WAF. If I can find $6k in my back pocket or under sofa cushions, I'd be all over these.

I had put half down on the Inspirations way back in Sept. Paradigm kept pushing the date back month after month so i just went ahead and bought the Signature 2's a month ago.

Has anyone heard these Tributes? I just purchased them for 35% off retail. From the reviews I was able to find online, some say this is the best sounding speaker Paradigm ever made. Being only 200 pairs made, I guess that's why there is not much info or reviews on them. I have own/owed 3 differnet pairs of Studio 100's, and was always happy with them, that's why I bought them without listening, that and the great price for a new pair. I would love to here any feedback from anyone that was able to listen to these. My pair is due to arrive on Thurs.

Having owned Paradigm in the past, I liked them - but this news does not really thrill me. They make good speakers, but I have heard a lot better for comparable or lower prices. So..."meh"...

I enjoy the Paradigms speakers however at $35k for a 7.1 as listed I cannot imagine them being my first, second or even third choice.

I paid under 4k for the Tributes. www.paradigm.com/products-current/products-by-category/floorstanding/paradigm-reference/30th-anniversary-series/tributeIf you put together a 7.1 or 7.2 system from these listed prices you will definitely be in that ballpark. Of course dealers may sell them for less, and you can probably buy outside the actual Signature Collection to reduce costs but it is easy to see where I am getting those figures. $10,500 for a sub, $4500 for a tower speaker. I don't think I am far off.

Yea but this thread isn't about the signature series, it's about the Tribute.

S8 are sweet the tribute is a mixture of studio 100 and S8 top end will be cleaner over the studio line.. cheers..
