We just launched a new program yesterday that allows customers to rate and review products on the product pages at Emotiva.com. Real-world customer reviews are so important these days. I know I base all of my online purchases from a mix of professional and user reviews. If you would like to rate or review a product, please visit any one of our product pages. Scroll down to the bottom, and you'll find "write a review" prompt. Here's our first review!: (Thank you Chad from Canada) shop.emotiva.com/collections/amplifiers/products/xpa5

You could also put a link to the review sections in the forum if you want.

You could also put a link to the review sections in the forum if you want. The review section is on every product page. The best link I can give is this one: shop.emotiva.com/You'll have to click on the product you want to write/read a review for.

Tried submitting a XSP-1 review. Comes up with an error. Your XSP-1 post is up on the page. If anyone else experiences an error, please let me know. Launching a new software program is both exciting and nerve-racking.

Hmmm. My review of the XDA-2 seems to have disappeared from the website. You might want to email Emo and make them aware. Posting here won't fix anything...

Arthurz, I saw your message that you sent through the reviews section. If the post is reported as spam on the product page the software will filter it out. It has to get multiple spam reports from multiple IP addresses for that to have happened. I am sorry for your trouble. This seems to be the only post that has disappeared. Unless someone can correct me otherwise. I'd be happy to look into others as well. The software is new for us and we are still working through the kinks. I imagine what you experienced is similar to what happens with reviews at yelp.com. Reviews are filtered there as well. The reviews on our site are only accepted if you give your name, email address, and location. The software will not post anonymous reviews.

You might want to look into moderating removals based on spam reports. It's super easy to flood you with requests from multiple IP addresses.
