Yes. The temperature biases were flipped and therefore it didn't do class A properly. Some also produced weird noises and had issues with some UPS's. They issued a recall and from what I can gather it has all been fixed.

They issued a recall and from what I can gather it has all been fixed. This was on a very limited number of gen 1 units and IMHO is not indicative of the gen 1 XPA-1L units at all! Ive owned 4 of these wonderful amps, two of which are putting out beautiful music and never with so much as a hick-up. Nick
