I don't know if I "officially" started a pool or not, other than to just point out what you said about these being the last speakers you'd ever buy. I think that was a pool in itself!!! ;D ;D Well never again will I tease you for having the itch. ;D Well maybe I will.. but then you can do it right back.  I have another problem right now. My itch has shifted from HT equipment back to motorcycles. I found another bike I wanted and had mine up for sale but now I've decided to keep it and just put some new pipes on it. That one decision + a couple of $100 could have bought me a pair of XPA-1s!!!!! ;D |

..... I am still using the Mirage OMD-5's for surrounds. Otherwise you're right, it's all Emo! Well, not quite yet but as soon as the Stealths arrive. And don't anyone tell me to get new surrounds like the Airmotiv's or Stealths. I already thought about that! I'm already dented enough. ;D Yeah sure! Just about now Monku is probably looking around where the current OMD-5's are placed to see if there are electrical outlets close by. Maybe he has already noticed that the Stealth 6's are on sale. Then it will slowly slip into his mind that he is going to have a very mismatched surround sound with the Stealth 8's in the front and the OMD-5's in the rear, no matter how hard he tries to rationalize. (BTW that reminds me of the bar/card room in Missoula that has a sign: Liquor Up Front, Poker In The Rear). Look here... you are wrong about that, okay? I already checked for the outlets a few days ago. And I am perfectly aware of the Stealth sale.. One thing is for sure - there is limited space for the surrounds so the 6's are too wide. The Airmotiv's aren't, but the Stealth 6 is. ;D I already asked the buyer IF he MIGHT be interested in the OMD-5's but I haven't heard back from him yet. I suppose I can always use a few more dents. |

I'm not always the brightest light on the string but personally I see another buy and sell in your future..... Actually, it doesn't really matter about the sell, the buy is pretty much a done deal........ ;D
