It's funny, I went to their website and it seems blindingly obvious that they have no idea about what "high fidelity" means (or they're quite sure their customers don't). They say weird stuff like "a speaker that produces sound that is rich in harmonic content - like a violin". According to that, they apparently believe that a speaker should color the sound like a violin rather than reproduce the recording as accurately as possible. From that, I can only assume that everything you play through them will come out sounding like a violin - even a piano, a synthesizer, or a vocalist.

This thread is all about looks. Here it's all about the cosmetics. Who cares if she's smart as long as she's hot with a great body. By the way, did you see my follow up on the ear plugs thread? The new Earasers brand definitely beats out old Emymotic champs in every category, except price. They are about $45 shipped. emotivalounge.proboards.com/thread/36882/hi-ear-plugs-which-best

Those look like offspring from Wilson Audio and a banana.

Those look like offspring from Wilson Audio and a banana. Judging by the color of the skin are we? They certainly are fugly, but there is no speaker in the world I want to hear more in person. Seriously. Perhaps a different color though. Electric blue would be nice. For $125,000+ they should be the exact color you want.

The future in speakers is Stealth technology. Speakers need to be hard to detect on radar.

I say this because the best sounding system I've ever heard was Wilson Watt/Puppies driven with a Krell source and amps. I would love to hear what the best they've got will sound like.

You forgot the surround speakers (sorry, I couldn't find them in the same color). Actually they remind me of the Ghost of Christmas Future.

I dream of owning a pair of these one day, the Gryphon Audio Atlantis.

Maybe it's just me, but I prefer the basic look. I nice finish is always good with sexy drivers. I don't want my speakers to look like they popped out of a poorly decorated 90's condo.

I know "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder", but I'm amazed at what some of you consider as good looking speakers. Sorry I'm a year late with this, but considering you drive a Porsche, what you consider good looking doesn't count. Of course I'm kidding. Just messing with ya. Mine's what I consider to be the poor man's front engine Porsche. Here's a link to some pics from last year. You should be able to recognize my avatar. www.the370z.com/2302740-post1794.htmlAnd back to speakers....what, no one considers these pretty?Because they are yellow...

Because they are yellow... And your point being that yellow can't be crazy awesome?

I think these would make me paranoid. Big eye balls looking back at me all the time.

With the way some of these monstrosities look, you might as well put speakers inside of these (which it wouldn't surprise me if that's already been done):
