Glad to hear that I was not the only one who had trouble with HOH. Are we supposed to send Atlantic an email or do we call? By the way, I do have some concrete info on this, HOWEVER, before making a major internet statement, I am going through the process first myself. Bottom line, the first pressings from Pallas are defective, and you will need to e-mail a certain place to get a replacement (free). I have not gotten my actual replacements yet (although I know several others that have). Once I get mine I'll post the e-mail info here. That way I know for 100% certain that it works. Deadwax EtchingOriginal Pallas pressing = Stamped B2 = Defective Original Optimal pressing = Hand Etched B2 = Okay New Pallas pressing = B3 on side 2 (I think it's stamped but I'm not 100% sure) My new replacement has the hand b2. Thanks for the update.

Imagine Led Zeppelin tunes with a Reggae beat and an Elvis impersonator on vocals. Ladies and Gentlemen--the one, the only--DRED ZEPPELIN !!!

The official video. Nothing new. I find it amusing how much time and effort they spend making something like this that basically means nothing. I doubt hardly anyone will even see it. youtu.be/wkv1md6KQoo

They are certainly the most clear, and have the most separation. Vinyl people have all sorts of opinions so I can't comment on vinyl if that's your thing. But again, as I've advised before, if you are just looking for the ultimate all in one swoop, what I would do is buy the hi-rez FLAC downloads from HD-Tracks. That way you can listen to the hi-rez files direct, or make a DVD-A using LPLEX to hear the high rez from a disc, or even convert the FLAC and make a regular CD.

I've always preferred CD or better yet blu-ray over the downloads I have yet to optimize my HDD's I'm still learning on how best to interface it into my system, but it's high on my next upgrade path . I still enjoy my LP's/vinyl and have many MFOMR(mobile fidelity original master 1/2 speed recording ) and still try to holdout for new MFOMR or there equivalent pressings .

The 2014 remasters do sound great. The clarity is pretty impressive but at the cost of dynamic range. But overall I like the 80s Barry Diament mastering the best. It has better dynamic range, and is warmer sounding compared to the new remasters. The 2014 remasters come in 2nd for me. They are better than the 90s George Marino remasters from the 90s or the Jimmy remasters on Mothership. I do not think you will be disappointed with the new remasters. so are these CD re-masters good/great or are there better one's out there? , I've been waiting for a very very long time for some good to great copy's of this band and was hoping my wait is over

They will be replaying it shortly, or, now I guess. Sick Again and In the Light are the 2 really worth hearing. The others just aren't dramatically different. Kashmir is almost identical to the original.

Thanks for the update. Okay, I got my 3 replacements today so I know it all works. Here's what you do. Email this guy, Dr. Rhino, with the info that you have an original B2 bad HOTH. You will need to send him a photo of your album, along with some form of copy of your purchase receipt, and your mailing information. Then he will send out a replacement. If you purchased the Super Deluxe Box or the Deluxe w/companion disc, what you'll get is a new LP in a plain white sleeve. If you purchased the regular stand alone vinyl, you'll get an entirely new album shrink wrapped new (at least this is what I got). The new pressing has B3 both stamped and hand etched on side 2. Dr.Rhino@rhino.com Hope this helps everyone. Cheers ---- Bonzo

Ahhh, it's a good day today....downloading Physical Graffiti from HDtracks now - can't wait to check the remaster out! This, and IV are the ones I was especially looking forward to, but all the remasters have been quite impressive so far IMO. And my vinyl should arrive later today. ...the system's going to get a nice extended workout tonight.

Listened to several of the bonus tracks on tidal today and was not all that impressed. Glad I didn't spend the extra $$ on the delux set.
