I'e been trying since the end of January to get an answer to a couple of pre-purchase questions, but nobody from Emotiva has replied except Andrew Robinson, who asked me to re-submit the questions I had sent to two different Emotiva contact links. I did that on 2/23, but there has been no response.

I am sorry that you haven't received a response. Both of your emails were responded to by Damon and by myself. Both of our attempts to email you were returned as undeliverable. According to your email server the emails could not be delivered because the recipient is only accepting mail from specific email addresses. Please make sure that we are authorized to send you emails so that we do not end up in your spam folder. Since we did not have another email address for you there was no way that we could get in contact with you. If you need anything else please let us know. Thank you!

Well, it looks like Emotiva deserves an apology from me, which I will gladly give. Sorry for the hassle! However, I am mystified by what has happened since I have mail settings in place that specify that all "spam" should be delivered to my spam folder and NOT automatically deleted. I check the folder throughout the day to make sure I am not missing important mail. So I can only assume that AOL has once again screwed something up. It is certainly not true that I am "only accepting mail from specific email addresses." So I don't know what's going on. Please try another E-mail address: CompImprov@aol.com and we'll see if your email gets through. Thank you.
