My pleasure. Actually, i also went to Control Panel several times to try to fix the problem. I did all the steps my wife did until step #4. After you right click, you will be asked to choose several options. One of those is "Uninstall" ,which my wife did in step #5. Since I knew (or thought) I have already "uninstalled" using the Setup.exe as explained earlier, I never selected step #5. Instead i would choose "Update" the driver. Thus, the problem never got fixed. I don't know why but for some reason using Setup.exe's uninstall procedure doesn't seem to do the job. So my theory is (and Keith or anyone can correct me) when you do the re-install procedure the driver see these corrupted files still installed and so didn't over write on them with clean files. Anyway hope this little episode will help someone someday.
