I get up in the morning, pour myself a Coke for breakfast, log into the computer and skim the CBC news. Then I rush over to Emotive Lounge to get the latest news about the XMC-1. There won't be any. There is never any news; still I keep coming back. A Pavlovian conditioning that refuses to go into extinction despite the none stimulus. An XMC-1 that I can no longer buy, because the cash I sequestered for it has to go towards a new car. I've waited so long for the XMC-1, that my car has rusted thru the frame and isn't safe to drive any more.

Perhaps a blessing in disguise for you. Had you spent the money on an XMC, you may have to continue driving an unsafe vehicle which is far worse than not having a processor...

Cokes are about a buck a piece. Cut out the morning coke and you can have your XMC in 1,199 days.  If you had to take money out of your XMC fund for real life purchases, maybe you should look for a less expensive alternative. Just a thought. |

If you had to take money out of your XMC fund for real life purchases, maybe you should look for a less expensive alternative. Just a thought. Perhaps, though I'll pay cash ($10,000) for the car, I won't finance it. /b

I first joined the lounge about two years ago, when I bought the UMC-1. But I left about a year ago, then rejoined.
