The PSA subs cannot be used effectively in a 10k audio system. Not if you want the quality bass worthy of a 10k system.
But we all have diff priorities so it's fine if we disagree.
If I add another SVS sub I would be close to this.
But id rather sell my sub and get 1 JL F113..the quality of the bass is not close.

Decent choices from Audioholics. KEF speakers are pretty special at their price point.

danny01, Nice start, two points, The Pro-Jet is free? Also, it would be a shame to match that TT with the rest of the system,,,,,I know,,,,monetary constraints. Why not use the 20% off right now,,,,,,he,,,,,he,,,,,he,,,,,

That's OK, it's a good thread for sure. $400.00 is way too little to spend on a REAL TT ya know. It's good to find out weather you want to go to the next step, but then again,,,so is a used old table that's on it's last legs. As long as it keeps speed and a reasonably decent cartridge, then it's a good stepping off point.

Edit: After reflection on my statement,it was in No way meant to demean or negate the amount of enjoyment that can be gotten from the TT in the price range I mentioned. I've been there ,,,,done that,,, and after much thought and personal preference I decided to dive deeper into the TT realm. I'm very happy that I have, and " I " am satisfied where I have ended up. I'm sure there are others that would claim that I stopped far to soon in my upgrading of my table, or have not spent enough. They have that right, there is just a point when playing a TT that you either really like the sound and ritual that comes with one or you don't. But the only way to find out is to do it.,
I also realize that this post has no business being in this thread but it's where I spoke up, so it's where I need to amend it. if anyone wants to barrow an entry grade TT to see if they like it, please send me a PM.
