It appears that when you hit 69, you get out of the HT hobby and get into something else!! Hmmmmmmm That is one theory. Another is, this is the internet. Not sure there are as many 70+'ers cruising the world wide web. Internet access in Florida should be pretty speedy then!

72 and still adding, deleting, changing, measuring, calibrating-and I do not plan on stopping messing with my audio/visual stuff.
Am presently waiting delivery of my calibrated UMIK-1.

I am 51 and darn proud of it. I am a juvenile inside but "experienced" on the outside. I intend to remain "Forever Young". Age is a number, but "old" and "youth" are merely states of mind.
I choose youth with a touch of sage.

Isn't 40-49 more Gen-X than baby boomer?

Some definitions of Baby Boomer extend out till 1964, others only until 1960. Either way, unless you're turning 50 this year nobody considers you a Baby Boomer.

It just occurred to me that, upon my birthday a couple weeks ago I now am the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. Now my avatar is even more fitting.

1960,,,,,
No, but it should have been. Probably will never forgive my wife. But I "may" get one someday. Had an uncle who had one. Really nice, when winding out 2nd or 3rd it had a slight siren whine to it. I can still hear it (I think). The price from him in 1968 was $1500.
