keith I have a pair of Emotiva XPA1's gen2 and I am looking to upgrade my B&W 804 S speakers. I am talking with my audio store about speakers, amplifiers and preamps and he made the claim that these amps are thin in playback. I understand that Emo has B&W speakers at ther headquarters and I would like to know which ones. I have no intention of selling my XPA's. I also know B&M stores do not like the Internet.
Appreciate the help KEITH, Thanks, Frank

Ask the store owner if you can bring the amps down to test out some speakers and if he says yes I would do it, of course he will say such things as he wants to sell you is highly marked up gear haha, a local store here sells Anthem gear and my god I would need to take out a second mortgage to buy any of it, and this is in a city of about 50,000 in cheapo Manitoba hahaha www.extremeelectronics.ca/index.php/home-audio/amplifiers-receivers.html?dir=desc&order=priceChad

I got the same thing from a store owner here in Calgary that wanted me to buy anthem amps instead of the emo ones. I don't remember what he said exactly as it was a couple years ago but I have not been back to his store since....
