Thank you for the link, from there (Rays posts) it seems like it is #1 and not #2 - which is good! I will measure nevertheless on the weekend.

I did a measurement which shows that DIRAC + BM is working as intended in the XMC-1. Please don´t mind the frequency response - it is only 1 point in my room and no averaging! That would look a "little" bit better. I did measure subwoofer only via ASIO in REW and also my front left with speaker set to "small" and "200Hz / 12dB" as crossover with the speakers amplifier turned off, so only the sub was playing. What´s interesting is that the sub only (LFE?) seems to have a slight rolloff / shelve in the frequency response. Is there some hard-coded LFE LP in the XMC-1?

I get the same roll off, but it is not slight. I believe Keith said it is at 110hz, not sure if the effect changes when being fed low freq from left and right speaker crossover vs lfe.

It does, as you can see in my measurement... Crossover set to 200Hz / 12dB, which is also clearly shown. Everything correct then imho.

Thanks for posting this. Looks like Dirac Live is applied after bass management. I'm just wondering why LFE doesn't measure 10dB above L?
