- Received XMC-1 on 9/30 after "years" on the waiting list
- email from Emotiva on 12/05 that I would be getting Dirac sometime in next two weeks
- Email with Dirac key code exactly 2-weeks later on 12/19
- no shipping email w/tracking, etc. from ANYBODY.
- came home today.. Dirac Live kit sitting on the front porch.....
I reckon I'll get to updating XMC firmware and install Dirac sometime this weekend.... |

Just got my key and shipping info in an email. Just tried to hook up my Microphone MiniDSP UMIK-1 to use that while I wait for the mike. Looks like it is a no go as the software might be designed to only use the Emotiva mike as I get no microphone connected. (No matter how hard I try) ADDED: Looks like I have my answer. emotivalounge.proboards.com/post/701285/threadAll is good and eagerly wait for my Mike to be sent to me in Australia. What's up? No offense... Let us know. I'm a big boy!  I just made a statement that it seems that National (USA) delivery seems to have a higher priority than International shipments... My shipment to singapore is on the way...via ups no less...impressed as I was dreading usps Scheduled Delivery: Tuesday, 30/12/2014, By End of Day Last Location: Arrived - Louisville, KY, United States, Thursday, 25/12/2014 Sweet, and my xmc-1 lan interface board arrived xmas eve too...time to have fun with remote interfaces and discerning my xmc to replace the board. Will do the v2 firmware too I guess and hope my dirac keys come before the mic etc arrives. Seasons greetings everyone. |

Just want to let concerned Canadian customers know mine has been shipped so I'm sure more have been as well. I received the XMC-1 in August IIRC. Really enjoying the unit so far, quite a step up in sound quality from the Anthem I was using. i was one of the original batch of UMC-1 owners as well - night and day difference in first 4 month experience, lol. Well done Emotiva. Can't wait to play with DIRAC.

Dirac has shipped? Not in my case.
XMC received 10/21. Died four days later.
Replacement received 11/4.
No shipping notice and nothing thru UPS Mychoice to date.
Three weeks ago the podcast said everything should be shipped in two weeks.
This weeks podcast said they "hope" to get everything shipped by next week.
Poor rollout as folks who ordered earlier this month are set up and running.
Don't tell your customer base something and fail to deliver. You lose credibility by doing so.
Frankly at this point I'm a bit ticked off. XMC sounds great but my hopes of playing with Dirac during my vacation are bust.

Rec'd confirmation email re: Dirac kit shipped today and I live in Canada. Was your email from ups or emotiva? When did you receive your xmc? Emotiva email with Stamps conf number. September, 2014. |

We were on the same scheduled almost to the day as far as receiving our original XMC's and their replacements. My mic kit is supposed to get to me Monday, and you have not heard anything! Agree totally with the way you are feeling.
