Is that separate sweeps for your left and right or are you doing them both at the same time? Those treatments are awesome in your room... Can you change the scale to 5db increments ?

This is both my left and right at the same time, just my two Stealth 6's, I will have to look into changing the scale to 5db increments, just have to find out how hahaha, is this before I test or after ?

With the panels it sounds spectacular and without well lets just say after knowing what acoustic treatments do for my room I could not recommend them enough

When I took the panels down I could not believe how much echo was present in the room even when just talking

Looks great Chad, glad they improved everything for you. Now you have to construct something to hide your 50 remotes....haha!

I've had the panels since last year, they are DIY, it's way cheaper than buying Wow impressive, they look store bought.Did you use an online source to learn how to make them? And what material did you use,i would like to try to make some for myself as well. Just watched a few videos and went from there, it's really simple, I used 2 vats of Roxul Safe n Sound for 2x4 walls for the large panels and one vat for the ones behind my speakers. I basically laid 2 vats down beside each other and measured the width and height and that's what I made the frames to, I used 3x1 MDF for the frames and once I had the frames together I used cheap walmart sheets for the material. With the frame laying down on my basement floor I fit the sheet corner to corner and stapled it along the frame cutting the sheet along the frame on the sides that were not fitted corner to corner. Once I had the backing sheet stapled to the frame I flipped it over and inserted the 2 vats of Roxul and then flipped it back over onto the sheet I had laying on the floor, I then wrapped the sheet around the frame and stapled it cutting off the excess sheet and done. Sorry not the best description but I never really took notes or many pictures, the first few frames I used pine but the two behind my speakers and the two ceiling panels are made with MDF, when using MDF I did not 90 the corners and I pre-drilled all my screw holes so as the MDF would not split when screwing together. I will update with some pics if I can find them, Flickr is not working at the moment, the site must be down This frame is one of the ones made from pineAnd this one is MDF

Thanks creimes. That actually helps a lot, thanks for the info. Forgot to mention I made the frame 1/4" smaller than my measurements so it is a bit snug in the frame
