Well we bought a house! I didn't get the size room I wanted, but I got a room. Room is 12x11 So it doesn't lend to a ton of seating options, but it is perfect for the two of us. Acoustics are pretty good as is. I need to put some treatments up, but that will all come in time. Video quality is pretty crappy, but you can use your HD imagination. Eh, can't get the video to embed, here's a facebook link. Don't stalk me. www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1010935018935866&l=6468324377351545437

I think you really need more bass in that room!!!! Is there such a thing? There is no such thing has having too much "woof," and you my friend need more. I mean that room is practically ENORMOUS and you only have 2 tiny 15" subs? Two dogs does not get you the "woof" you need. Come on.

Lookin' good, pop. Nice work. Clean and cozy (hopefully not too cozy). Remember: there shall be NO romancing in the home theater. It's not the size of the room that counts, it's how you use it. Actually, yours is only 7 square feet larger than mine. With the proper treatments, a small room can still sound great. But hey, you've got a dedicated space of your own. Thanks for sharing! P.S. I agree with Bonzo. You need more bass ( I'm all about that bass, about that bass). P.P.S. Except for a couple of shots, one might mistake your dogs for being a single dog with color changing abilities. In one shot, he's/she's white, then in another shot black, then white, then black...

I like your room Pop. You should be getting some great movies, and music playing in there. It doesn't have to be huge to give a great time in the music and movies.

Congrats on the new house! While it may not offer much seating options, you've got what some of us here don't have, and that's a dedicated room. Looks nice & cozy, and I bet the main listening position is quite intense with a great movie!!! Enjoy!

Made a few changes to the HT room as of lately.
1.) Replaced UMC-1 with XMC-1 2.) Replaced dual PSA XV15(non se) with dual PSA XS15se (substantial upgrade) 3.) changed all connects to balanced and swapped HDMI cables to Monoprice slim redmere 4.) Yesterday at work we were digging through the warehouse and we pulled out a 60" Samsung 8550 plasma, so I purchased that for pennies on the dollar. Although is isn't the step up in size I was looking for, the picture quality increase from my Panasonic GT30 is substantial.
Next order of business is to order some acoustic panels at cost for the room, run Dirac, and fingers crossed I can finally find a sectional sofa that will fit perfectly in my room.
I also get deals on Control4 and Savant. I will be adding that to the room shortly with light control. Currently there are no dedicated codes for control4 with Emotiva products, but my project manager and I are working on manually building the RS32 HEX codes in for my dads build, which we will be utilizing a Fusion8100 with Control4
Cheers!

That's a nice set up. I only have one question. Now that you have all those powered Stealth 6's how are we going to get you into mono blocks?

They show you don't have to have your mouth wide open all the time in order to say what you want to say.
