I'm looking to see how others have integrated diffusers into their home theater....
If you can, kindly post a few pics and why you hung them where you did.
I want to pick up a few to experiment with them. My initial thought is along the back wall, but I've also seen people put them on the sides and ceiling.
I have a fair fair amount of absorption panels and bass traps - and they very much improved the sound of my room. Now, in the spirit of learning and growing my hobby, I'd like to play around with some diffusers....
i have a dedicated room room and I can do anything I want. So I'm gonna!
I may like them.... I may hate them.... But I'd like to learn either way! And I'll have fun doing it....

Hello, I have only a diffuser on the front wall, between the front speakers split in 2 and mounted on doors I can open to see the TV behind obviously use in stereo but not HC! The cabinet on the left is a bass trap (Helmotz resonator)

It looks to me like the center is in the center of the screen, and centered between the main speakers, both of which are good things.... and you won't see the shelf with the lights off anyway Put the center in the middle of the shelf it makes me feel uncomfortable like this!

Why not center the shelf? OCD kicking in? Yes, me too.

The studs probably aren't on center. If that's the case, my OCD would kick in and I would make the shelf longer to compensate.
