Once I feel up to it I’ll be able to mix and match much of my gear! A/B gear will be a snap too! Going to be a bit of fun for sure.

It’s late but I’ve accomplished much this evening. Bias lighting behind the tv is installed. Mrs and I like it very much. The MEDIALIGHT 65000K Bias Lighting System. Warranted for 5 years. Great customer support! Has a remote so I can dim the lights if I like, on/off as well.
Wiring seems to be done to all gear but as I said earlier, it’s late and I’ll recheck it before my test run tomorrow. VTI racks are up, all four Monoblocks are in place and tubes installed inthe VTA M-125’s. Atmos and the RMC-1 installed and working well, except a few bugs which we’re all hoping are remedied soon.
Remarkable that after resetting the Rega RP 6 it’s perfectly balanced and level! Unbelievable! But I’ll take it! 🤯😁
Only have to slide the remaining rack back and set the center channel speaker. Then the big test!
Wish me luck, photos to follow.

Been chasing down a few bugs after resetting my system. I’ll take some time, but it’ll be time well spent! I think there something wrong with my new switch but God know it could be user error! LOL I doubt it though. Sub buzz too, that mat be a bumb cable, never know. I also moved a sub from the fronT to allow more breathing room for the front right speaker. It’s already noticeable how much more open and larger the room is! 👍 More later.

New location of sub #1 is coupling perfectly with the woofers of my Studios! Opening the side wall has also improved imaging like I’ve never had it.the front wall is melting away. Some more speaker dancing and I’m not sure my feet will ever touch the ground again! ♥️🎉🎶🎶
Staging has me feeling like my room is now the size of a small hall venue, not a hallway but a concert hall. A small ,one though. We aren’t talking cavern here, just really nice.
All of this and I’m streaming via soTm switch which I think has added more clarity. Yep, call me crazy! Edit; Triode not Pentode mode with tube pre and amps pushed by my digital system. Good God I’m loving this. Santana kicking my ass ! ♥️

A most incredible evening listening to music. I have no scientific reason to say the SOtM ethernet switch makes a difference but I believe it has raised the detail of the music., no, Im not hearing band members calling my name but there sounds to be an improvement in detail and range. I just couldn’t stop listening to the system, again. Yep, moving the sub made a difference but Ive taken that into consideration and the improvements in SQ made little more difference then the coupling of bass octaves in the room. Detail and range still better, I’ll get the Mrs to help me differentiate SQ differences later this afternoon. She has a very discerning set of ears and often enjoys music with me pointing out differences in the sound. Lots of fun with my precious!
Edit; The word I couldn’t find but most definitely needs to be added, Dynamics 🎶🎶🎶

Found a bad Blue Jean RCA cable that was giving me fits! Proof that all cables can fail eventually. With that fixed and I just made some new speaker cables with banana plugs its to for some near field listening with the KEF LS50’s.
Any recommendations? Always looking for something new and interesting.

LG 65” C8 calibration completed today. Very natural colors now. Pre-calibration had over saturated blues as always ! This is my 4 th TV that’s been calibrated. I’ve been watching proper colors for 15+ years now. I’m very happy with the job Rodger Moore did, yes folk! 007 actually calibrated my TV!
I highly recommend having your professionally done.

I've been watching proper colors for over 55 years, didn't calibrate, lol.....no seriously, have you ever have a projector calibrated, using a Panny 4000 for over 9 years now, in eco mode, looks so good I never cared for calibration....

Good one! OK, I’ll play! I’ve been watching for nearly 60:years. You’ve never cared for true colors that are reflected in our natural world and that’s OK. I prefer it to look untouched by the human hand and just see what it is. Enjoy what ya like! That’s the joy of personalization! 🎉

My system is fully up and running but a small blip with my new selector, but fir now I cannot remember enjoying YouTube music videos and my RMC-1 more than I am this evening. Everything sounds so cohesive and spot on. So much joy being derived from the system ! 😁🎶🎶🎶🎶

Watched two 4K Atmos Nature documentaries tonight on my freshly calibrated LG 65” C8, all the Mrs and I can say is “Incredible” The RMC-1 and HT were a true joy! Not a hiccup during the two documentaries! One in HDR and the other Dolby Vision according to the Oppo 203 tags.

Such a minuscule anti skate adjustment can make such a huge difference in the stereo image that is presented! ❤️🥰🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🤯

Geez !!! Just do like the old days and tape a quarter to the tone arm head. Tracking and anti skating will be solved at one time. And it will leave a deeper groove for tracking on future plays. LOL
