XPA-7 wattage question

Sincere apologies if this is documented somewhere and i missed it.  The XPA-7 claims 200wpc x 7 and 520wpc when 2 channels are driven.  Is this a bridged mode or is the max power output just higher if only two channels are receiving a signal vs. all 7?

It´s higher. The power supply Limits with all channels driven at the same time. If you only use 2 of them, you get quite a bit more wattage.
