Dan, will the EPA-1 have the HT INPUT (Home Theater) like my USP-1 has? By the way the new Emersa line is got me really excited. When i read about the Classe Sigma SSP when it came out the first thing I though was I hope Emotiva would come out with a similar line. I personally thing the EMP-1 looks better than the Sigma SSP and the price is a lot better too . Thank you for the new Emersa line. David

Your best bet for figuring this out is to either call and ask, or seek some pix of the back. I am not sure if anyone caught those yet or not. If anyone knows,it would be AxisMark

You know what, we do not have pictures of the back of the Emersa EPA-1 stereo preamp. It was jmilton that got us the good pictures for the back of the Emersa EMP-1 preamp processor at CES. The first word was that the Emersa EMP-1 only had three HDMI in and one HDMI out with a partial picture. Then a full picture from jmilton and it had four HDMI in and two HDMI out. A picture is worth a whole lot more than words and until anyone provides one of the final Emersa EPA-1 or Emotiva informs us we will wait and see.

This is from Audioholics CES 2016 Emotiva article about the Emersa EPA-1 stereo preamp. www.audioholics.com/amplifier-reviews/emotiva-emersa-audio-products"Emotiva says that in stereo mode, the EPA-1 can be connected to a stereo power amplifier or a pair of powered speakers. In 2.1-channel mode, the main outputs on the EPA-1 can be configured with a fixed 80 Hz high-pass crossover, and a separate summed output is provided to connect a subwoofer." Dan starts describing the Emersa EPA-1 stereo preamp @ 4:19 of this video and talks about the 2.1 Bass management @ 6:30.
