Just wanted to let everyone know that the new XPA Gen3 amplifiers have started shipping.
There have been one or two minor issues... but we expect to get everything moving again VERY shortly.

The load needs to be placed just behind the cab.

You forgot to put them in boxes and just put the shipping labels on the amps??
(I actually bought an industrial GPS Receiver once via eBay. The seller literally covered the front of it and slapped a label on it. surprisingly - worked fine!)

It is worth the additional cost to use Fed-Ex...Not trolling here but I paid my local UPS affiliate to pack and ship an AVS-2000 68lbs, it was in it's original box and buyer requested extra packing so essentially double boxed. Paid for the extra shipping insurance up to $800 it arrived destroyed the chassis was actually bent!! Anybody that knows the AVS-2000 it's very similar in build quality to the XPA amps so it takes quite a bit of mishandling to do this type damage. Well snit happens so I was sure glad I paid for the additional insurance or so I thought I will not go into a dissertation of what occurred but I will say this...UPS said the package was improperly packaged and denied the claim and told me to take it up with the store whom told me they didn't agree with UPS's assessment and that they would appeal it! Keep in mind it was in its original box shipped from the factory AND boxed again with extra squishin'! WHAT! REALLY!! Not so fast forward 11 weeks after the package arrived destroyed I had to threaten small claims court action and then and only then did they (local UPS Store) cut me a check, keep in mind eBay and paypal debated my account(s)as soon as the buyer said it was broken on arrival so I was out a saleable item AND all the fees and costs for almost 3 months! Moral of the story? Under 40lb UPS is fine above that they use the same people to deliver and move the items whereas Fed-Ex has a different wing that handles bulky, heavy packages...AND DON'T EXPECT UPS TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE!!

My company sells cargo restraint products if you need them. It could be a symbiotic relationship. You buy Kinedyne from me, and I'll spend my commissions on Emotiva gear.
