What a sad pathetic joke this is turning out to be. I have already waited over a year and I still have to wait some more? Well it looks like I'm spending my money on something else and moving on. Get ready for a thread lock down in 3 2 1.........

"I Beat The Lock" ; a subject eminently plausible

Get ready for a thread lock down in 3 2 1......... It may be a bit premature to assume it's March, although certainly not out of the norm if so. I'd call and get some kind of confirmation before assuming it's March (or beyond if they can't hit March).

The Emotiva.com website now says "Available 2018." Until yesterday, it said "4Q 2017".

The Emotiva.com website now says "Available 2018." Until yesterday, it said "4Q 2017". With that sentence, Emotiva got themselves 11 months to make a HDMI board that have been delayed more than a year already. BTW, according to Keith last post the V3 HDMI boards and the firmware are in house already and they are close to be released... seeing is believing emotivalounge.proboards.com/post/927138

Thanks for the heads up jmilton Emotiva is being left in the dust. I'm not a big Integra fan but those look nice with some nice new options in them. All these avr and pre/pros have the latest and greatest tech and we are still waiting almost two years for an hdmi 2.0b board. I have had my XMC-1 since August 2014 and have only seen one upgrade, the short lived V2 board. Have there been any others that I missed?.

...and HDMI 2.1 is coming out this year. Will the “new” be old already?🤔

...and HDMI 2.1 is coming out this year. Will the “new” be old already?🤔 What a curious device that integra is . Sounds a lot like a modular design like the XMC1 .. No mention of hdmi2.1 ; maybe send it back for the upgrade ; ugh . It is rather wise not mentioning its no doubt now standard accu eq .. Wow they are bringing back THX ultra 2 as well ; thought that was as dead as the dtr10.5 I used to own Did like the thx ultra 2 dsp mode though Please excuse the o/t .

$2,500 for a processor with all that is a very attractive price.

The only and most important detail in that Integra processor that anybody has mentioned yet, is the lack of good or even decent room EQ system. AccuEQ is the crappiest EQ system you will find in the market these days. Onkyo/Integra was good back in their Audyssey days, not anymore due to AccuEQ.

ETA for the New V3 HDMI board have been update from "Q4 2017" to "Available 2018" so basically Emotiva gets 12 months for the release!! According to 2 Peter 3:8-9 NEV (New Emotiva Version): 8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With Emotiva a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 Emotiva is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead Emotiva is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to enjoy audiophile sound at a reasonable price.
