Big Ego not showing 32bit

Hi everyone, was hoping for some technical help.

I had a friend buy me the Big Ego from the states and ship to me internationally due to the shipping and what not.  I have been using it on a mac and a pc and with each I am not running into problems as such but issues non the less.

In OSX, I can set the device to 384 but only 24bit, I have tried using other usb cables and ports but only ever shown the max being 24 bit.  On windows it is a little different, with the drivers installed I am only able to select up to 192/24 both from the windows settings and the emotiva control panel.

Any help would be appreciated

You''ll to install the drivers for Windows.
I am not sure about 32bit

I have installed the windows drivers, thats why Im finding it odd I am limited still to 192/24.  I have also tried on a different windows laptop with the same result

not sure what could be causing this. You have to make sure the windows player is sending it via WASAPI. Try Jriver
or call the Emotiva support number
