I'm sure you have a manual.

I'm sure you have a manual. What I would like is to understand what happens with the two channel extra let´s say Front Wide, are they processed like L&R?

According to the manual (same receiver I've got), it's quite unclear how the receiver will decide which of the 11 speakers to turn on out of 13 channels. My guess is that the Front Wide will go silent, leaving the receiver to go into 7.1.4 mode.
11.1ch:
Setting to use the 9-channel power amplifier in this unit and an external power amplifier connected to PRE OUT to play back up to 11.1-channels.
You can connect speakers for up to 13.1-channels for MAIN ZONE.
Speakers to output audio are automatically switched for playing back up to 11.1-channels in accordance with the input signal and sound mode.

I have a Denon X7200WA connected to two Emotiva amps. How it works depends on what surround mode you choose to use. I can have 13 speakers connected to the Denon but only 11 of them can be used at one time. Front Wide cannot be used with Atmos or DTS:X modes as they are not supported. I think only ProLogic and Neo:X use them. I use my 12th and 13th outputs to switch between 4 of 6 speakers in my Atmos layout but that has to be done with Free Assign, which I'm not sure is an option for the X6200.

I am not familiar with how Denon works, but Front Wide is actually in the revised ATMOS spec as are ceiling wide height channels. As ATMOS is object and not just channel bed based, wide height or front wide channels are utilized if encoded in the original mix (e.g. Batman v. Superman). If Denon does offer an assignable channel option, then you may want to consider it acting as a ceiling height channel to create a more natural panning of sound from front to back overhead.

A slight correction Dolby Atmos - uses wides DTS:X - uses wides DTS: Neural X - uses wides Dolby Surround upmixer - does not use wides.
