Hair Nick: Could you kindly explain why we might need to reset our Dirac key installs? This would be for people that might have bought a new computer from when they first installed Dirac and they wish to download Dirac again. Other people also have issues when installing the Dirac software so install/uninstall to fix things and quickly use up their 2 installs. We have some customers that have it on multiple machines. |

Nick do you know if this addresses the issues with Dirac crashing on Mac OS Sierra? I've been waiting for about a month and a half on a fix for that particular issue. |

Ok cool thanks. I am sooo annoyed right now.. I finally have the new theater at the new house up and running, and ready to mess with acoustic calibration, and I cannot find my calibrated UMM-6 mic anywhere from the move... ugh...

Um, what do I do when I don't remember what I originally used for my credentials to set up my Dirac Live SE?
I still have the original download from 2014, I have my serial number for Dirac, but my email address has changed due to new provider so old one not valid anymore, cannot retrieve password due to same problem.
And I don't even remember what I used to make my Dirac account with, am I up the proverbial creek without a paddle?

I have not, I did compose an email, but thought at the time it might be just easier to purchase the better version from Emotiva as they stated return support emails could take a while on their webpage. So did not send, and when i tried to buy Dirac Live from Emo it wanted an American address etc, so thought "stuff it" for the moment . Will sort it all out when I get the V3 HDMI board cause I figure system will need a reset etc and would have to run it again anyway. So waiting on that to transpire first, the V3 board and then sort out how to purchase from Emo, probably needing to put in some bogus US address I guess. |
